Public Sector Energy Solutions

The Public Sector has been reducing the UK’s CO’s foot print at great expense to the British Taxpayer for a very long time.  As early as 1971 the then DTI was paying BP to experiement with Solar PV installations.  Most of which deemed Solar generated electricity far to expensive to justify further investment in main stream production.  Technology has moved on since the early 70′s and soalr pv is still expensive but considerable more efficient.

The cost to the taxpayer for experimenting with the solar technology will never save the ordinary person in the street in real cash savings – but it may just allow the human race to survive for a few more years to come!

Whilst this has all been perceived as ‘a good cause’ it’s also been a stitch up by the big utility companies.  Pretty much all of the funds have gone into the private sector and have yielded profits beyond any normal businesses expectations.

It’s not all so hglommy, we all know the gravy boat exists and we all know you only have to be close to someone in local governement or in a little club to benefir from such rewards.

It’s a shitty job but someone has to install solar panels.

Local governments seek cash saving and energy saving solutions – but when presented with real solutions their hands are tied by what?  The winner to this question will be awarded with the title – The true leader and prime minister of the UK.
